EM203 has provoked me to see how Media can be used in Education. It isn't my preference in learning but I can see how you can create communities and also benefit from mixing learning styles together with online education. Discussion boards lately have been beneficial. #EM203Robin

@EM203ssehgal I agree that technology can help boost learning in a classroom when implemented correctly. I believe that though technology acts as a distraction, the pros of technology out weighs the cons.

@em203mdalgleish I agree that everyone has different styles of learning and that each person may have several different preferences of learning dependent on the activity they were trying to learn. I personally like to watch videos where I am shown how to do something.

@EM203KaitlynA I agree that there are many benefits as well as many disadvantages with technology used as a learning tool. I personally feel that I work better with technology because it helps me access information in different styles such as videos, presentations, and articles.

@EM203mpang_oden I believe everyone has a different way of learning and that mixing the learning styles can help students grow with each other. The benefits of having different learning styles makes sure that everyone can learn efficiently based on their preference.

@em203jfrechet The apprentice type of learning where there is a master in your industry to teach you the day to day responsibilities of your position is very beneficial for people who learn best by doing. I like how it teaches you the motor skills right away.
