@AmazonHelp They advised that we are not eligible for a refund or return because I gave the driver the OTP code. And when we spoke to them on the phone and pleaded that we were £800 at a loss, it was basically tough luck. No other advice was given.

@AmazonHelp Will this help??? We’ve spent hours on the phone to you distraught at the circumstance. Your @AmazonUK advisors completely brushed off responsibility and the supervisor did too. We are left with potential police involvement due to theft by your driver and are out of pocket too
