@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK have emailed with ZERO suggestion of sending out a new phone!! After their driver had failed to deliver ours and kept it!!! We were forced to cancel our payment due to your lack of help and it seems you are considering this ‘refund’ enough! Where’s my order!!

@AmazonHelp They advised that we are not eligible for a refund or return because I gave the driver the OTP code. And when we spoke to them on the phone and pleaded that we were £800 at a loss, it was basically tough luck. No other advice was given.

@AmazonHelp Will this help??? We’ve spent hours on the phone to you distraught at the circumstance. Your @AmazonUK advisors completely brushed off responsibility and the supervisor did too. We are left with potential police involvement due to theft by your driver and are out of pocket too
