Honest admission: we still ship from a China warehouse for our brand. Delivery takes 7-9 days.
Do our customers complain about shipping? Not a lot.
Here's why: we don't hide the delivery time. We don't oversell it. What kills brands isn't long shipping, it's customers who have no idea where their order is.
We built a full shipment update flow in Wonderment. Even Skims shows 7 business days at checkout. Nobody really cares if you tell them upfront and keep them updated.

Who I am
Creative strategist. I can make any product sell and I will do whatever it takes to make the ads work - with the right partner on the other side of the table.
Background: In e-com for a year and half. Ups and downs. Generated 1M$ in revenue across my own stores and brand partnerships. Looking to build the vehicle that does 10x that in the next 12–18 months.
What I do on a daily basis:
Deep research
2–5 scripts written every day
Briefing ads for editors
AI operator work - claude code, openclaw, systems
Hiring and building teams (I am good at this)

Compensation
I do not have the cash to pay a man of your caliber a salary, and a man of your caliber does not want salary - he wants ownership. Here is what is on the table:
50/50 equity. Real partnership. Structured properly in a partnership agreement before we begin.
Final authority in your zone - product, CRO, offers, ops. Final authority in mine - content, ads, creative.
Joint decisions on brand direction, major hires, and capital. We do not move unless both agree.

Lately I’ve been thinking about this. Everyone sees people becoming successful after getting coaching and assumes coaching is what made them successful.
But in reality, a lot of people who buy ecom coaching are already the type who’d do whatever it takes to win. They’re so dedicated they’ll drop thousands before even seeing results. That mindset alone is what makes them succeed.
The coach didn’t create their success. Their obsession did.

The way I scale isn’t by going all in on one product
It’s by constantly testing new ones
For me, it’s easy to hit €500 to €1K days per product but way harder to push one single product to €10K a day
So instead of chasing that one big winner I just stack mini winners
If one stops working who cares there are 100 more running
That’s how I keep the momentum high and the risk low
