I found this IMF site particularly interesting when looking at debt across various countries. Particularly interesting to note where Canada stands on the global stage. blogs.imf.org/2019/01/02/new…

I think this site will be particularly useful for researching the debt crisis and the link to foreign aid for the Spread the News assignment: #metadata_info_tab_contents" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">www-jstor-org.libproxy.wlu.ca/stable/2780316… #EM203Robin #EM203Research

@TylerHorenfeldt awesome concept map! What sort issues do you think plastics would cause for wildlife? I know ocean animals in particular are effected by plastic waste. Are there other animals you think could be affected? #EM203problems

@SchwantzBrianna great concept map! What sort of problems do you think this lack of education could pose in the future (fewer job prospects, etc.)? Also, could the problem be fixed by sending funds, or is more required? #EM203problems

@TylerHorenfeldt @SchwantzBrianna Hey @TylerHorenfeldt! Thank you for the feedback! A very good point. I think most financial professionals agree Government securities in stable countries are risk free since they can back their securities. But definitely something to consider!

@SchwantzBrianna love the concept map but if families cannot afford to send their kids to school, shouldn't they enroll them in public schools? @Em203Esler how common is it that interest rates are entirely "risk free"? #EM203problems

@EM203Hkarda I find I'm the same way; I learn a lot more from actually seeing applications and trying various problems and examples!

@EM203CBauer This week in particular I found it was really interesting exploring how technology is changing the classroom! Who knows what education will look like in the next 20 years?

I've learned quite a bit about how technology is shaping the way society is learning. Through discussions and collaboration fuelled by the web learners are actually getting quite the immersive experience. #EM203Robin

So far, I have really enjoyed digitally learning about learning in the digital age! Definitely had a lot of fun this week with the multi-tasking challenge - making me rethink some of my study habits. #EM203Robin
