Big Congratulations to Norwalk senior Kobey Embrey on his selection to the 2018 Senior All-Star Track meet. Team Iowa will face the best from team Wisconsin and team Illinois. The meet is held at the University of Dubuque June 9th.

1600 Med relay team runs a seasons best time in 3:42.35 to finish 20th. Team of Kobey Embrey, Scott Anderson, Drew Rosonke and Sam Rohrer. Outstanding effort all the way arond.

Senior- Kobey Embrey, Freshman- Brian Hart, Junior-Carson Raper, Soph-Scott Anderson. With a nice run of 1:33.95 to finish 18th in the 4x200 at the state meet.

Been putting so much time into making other people happy and trying to keep them around that I’ve been sacrificing my own happiness and sanity to do so. Done with it

SQM: 4x200 team with a 3rd place finish: team of Embrey, Hart, Raper, Anderson. That will be one to keep an eye on for a possible at-large bid.

SQM results: 1600 Distance med with the automatic state qualification (finished 2nd). Team of: Kobey Embrey, Scott Anderson, Drew Rosonke and Sam Rohrer.
