The NextGen Virtual Human Library has been a highlight of the conference for me! Thank you to all the leaders who took time to participate as books, I took away so much to reflect on to improve my leadership. Thank you @CCUA_ACCF and @NationalYoung for this session. #IMPACT2021

Loving this session on privacy with Dr. Ann Cavoukia! Privacy by design makes a lot of sense, and she is a great speaker, lots to think about and appreciate the principles on proactivity and user-centric thinking. #IMPACT2021

A great start to the CCUA national conference - really enjoyed the discussion on open banking. My key takeaway is that we shouldn't be afraid of it, #openbanking comes with more opportunities than threats. #IMPACT2021

@NationalYoung 2020 has challenged us all to think differently, and I see this as a great opportunity in 2021 to try new things and different approaches. Personally it has taught me to slow down, and really focus on what’s important and be grateful for all that I have.
