I think we just broke Kickstarter.... A few moments we launched the Kickstarter Pledge Manager. Our community's famous "server death-touch" skill was on point... everything broke catastrophically for about 10 minutes. Probably due to notifying 26,711 backers all at once.

@Koreyzzz @DominikAQW @CropsterAQW I wouldn't mind seeing nameplates become a new customization option in general - Like one themed after every major faction for example. Or even rare ones sold on special occasions. Could even add ones with fancy animations and the like later down the road. 🤔

@CropsterAQW They could easily avoid that buy selling or having ones you could ear. Like a paladin one for having BLOD or a chaos one for finishing the 13 lords of chaos.

Honestly, this is really interesting, but I feel like there's a bit of a 'social gap' for new players who will join after AQW: Infinity is released.

@AeRruurruu77 We might have collectively missed out on these (for the third time now) but this guy seems to be having a good time. I hope atleast some are going to legitimate backers. Of course it's all questionable, but i've been seeing these screenshots of him on AE discord a lot lately.

@Alina_AE @aqw_matt This sounds promising, i look forward to seeing what becomes of this. It's also a relief to hear that these *extremely* limited Kickstarter slots might not be the only route. Especially with all these rumours of scalpers automating pledges currently.

@aqw_matt This is why we're looking at options for how to make custom items reliably available after the Kickstarter. It is something I've been sitting on for a while now, but the logistics need to be ironed out. Seeing the flood on Kickstarter only reinforced that. (1)

@mohameddnader @SylveonXY123 @Alina_AE Well, they wont have to pay. That's actually one of the "flaws" of Kickstarter. You can pledge with no actual intention to pay up and cancel during the campaign without consequences. You are only charged after the campaign ends.

@SylveonXY123 @Alina_AE Best way is to not buy from them and let them pay on april 6th, will be such a loss to them lol

You all are INCREDIBLE! We are overwhelmed by the support so far. Some important things to remember right now: - Do not buy accounts from resellers claiming they have a custom backer. - More custom backer tier slots will be added tomorrow. - We are putting together an updated FAQ right now.

@JaseLuminary @Alina_AE I believe this is a limitation on Kickstarter's end, they will not charge anything before campaign ends. To accomplish up front charging they'd have to set it up so that the custom slots are sold AFTER the Kickstarter as late pledges, which would be charged immediately.

@Alina_AE @AranxAQW Given the high level of interest, it may also be worth considering increasing the available slots beyond the initial stock. Additionally, I would suggest charging the $1,500 pledge immediately rather than waiting until the project concludes.

@Xaronth You can pledge when the Kickstarter is live (March 3rd and forward). It is not live currently.

Logged on to check the latest update and just wow...👌 I can see myself using the katana in particular on a lot of sets going forward. Also, i'm glad to see that these are all tagged Awesome Rarity as well so nobody misses out. Oh, and happy belated birthday, @DominikAQW!
