The City of #Kigali has closed 3 streets to cars and motorcycles in Biryogo-Nyamirambo in order to give more room to restaurants to practice social distancing. Restaurant mostly selling green tea in Biryogo are now granted a piece of the street to serve their clients.

Buildings in the car-free-zone corridor shall be upgraded and facades renovated for aesthetically improving their appearance, and to conform with the City master plan. Relevant stakeholders are engaged throughout the process for a purpose to achieve the desired outcome.
