Every dev has a signature: - How you structure files - Your naming conventions - When you optimize vs when you ship Generic AI can't learn this. Cloud models serve everyone the same. But an AI that builds with you daily? That lives in your repo? That watches you refactor, debug, and make tradeoffs? That's something entirely different. But my main question is: What's the feedback loop? How do you correct it when it misreads your intent?
