I am pleased to announce that, after extensive consultations with stakeholders of the Kwara PDP and our leading gubernatorial aspirants, we have arrived at a consensus candidate to fly the flag of our great party in the forthcoming gubernatorial election. That candidate is Engr. Kale Kawu. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the other aspirants who, in the supreme interest of our party and state, have graciously stepped down to support this consensus. Obanikoro landed in Ilorin and held meetings with aspirants.
Rumor had it that BOB was leading at the primary before it was postponed.
The Kwara North Agenda began to gain momentum, and the SYD camp started celebrating again after aligning with GovAA's choice earlier.

Update since I posted this;
Amba became the leading aspirant after endorsement from Gov AA.
Rumors had it that 10 aspirants had stepped down for Amba.
Gov AA stepdown for Turaki to continue as Kwara Central senator.
BOB became the leading aspirant overnight.
