There we go, lots of competition.
Tuchel is doing what people asked for, for years, balancing the squad and not putting players out of position.
I still question some of the other choices, but not taking MGW as 3rd choice 10 is 🤷♂️

Gibbs-White can consider himself pretty unlucky with how he’s played this season.
But unfortunately for him, he plays in a position that has Bellingham, Rogers, Eze, Foden and Palmer.
People focus too much on form for these things too imo.
And deep down, if people had the choice of signing 2 of those players for their club, I doubt Gibbs-White would be one.

Early thoughts on Gyökeres…
I think Havertz starts the final, that has probably been Arteta’s plan the entire time.
So, does he do the same as GW37 where he gives Havertz 70 mins and then brings on Gyökeres?
Or will he ‘rest’ and protect Havertz and just give him 20-30 mins from the bench to keep some match rhythm?
Given Havertz needs to build up his fitness, I’m inclined to think we could see Gyökeres benched again. I guess they could play together? Just feels unlikely.

Rolling a transfer is never bad, and it could be really useful for possible rotation in GW38, but...
Gameweek 38 looks a bit sparse for punts right now.
Bowen will be popular, maybe some nostalgia for Salah, but otherwise it's a bit 🤷♂️
Someone like Anthony at Burnley might become popular, but I don't know if he's better than taking a punt this week for example.
Obviously if you can work out the rotation in 38, or we get more team leaks than normal, extra transfers are very useful, but it could also be a bit rubbish.

That rules out Hincapie then.
Mosquera likely to start GW37 and GW38 you’d think, but still a *little* risk from Timber.
Lewis-Skelly is probably fine, but it wouldn’t be a complete shock to see Zubimendi start.
Maybe it’s Saliba or no-one 🤷♂️

If they're going to look at the foul on Raya then they have to look at the foul on Pablo in the build up to it, the fact they didn't is an issue.

Don’t think Raya should try and come and claim the ball tbh.
Pablo has a better starting position and is strong. When he jumps and uses his arms as leverage, Raya still tries to get through him but fails.
In the split second Raya knows he’s 2nd favourite the theatrics come out and you can see in his face and actions he is going to try and win the foul.
Very lucky the goal got overturned imo

Instead Liverpool lost a player for 3 games and City/Haaland lost a goal off their tally. They set a precedent that day so ppl expect that to be followed

A foul is a foul, regardless if it directly impacts the players who ultimately score/stop a direct goal.
I think every single incident we’ve highlighted are fouls. Yet only 1 of the X amount was given
