We have been raising awareness of endometriosis on the welcome entrance this morning! Did you know that 10% of women and girls struggle with this? We have information leaflets, posters and free period products in school for those that need it! @WalesHigh

Such an amazing hike today at Dovedale Peak district just over 7 miles clocked! So proud of my kids as it wasn’t an easy one. I do love a ramble up to find caves haha.
