@BriannaStein18 Jeans day for taking the survey is a genius way to create a positive feel around taking a survey. I wish we would have thought of that! #tlamultidistrict

I like how we have talked about “quick win” strategies that we can use. Today, I loved seeing all of the Wyndmere Teachers wearing their jeans and Warbird head because it not only showed our school pride, but it also showed the teachers who took our survey! #tlamultidistrict

@resbookchat A5. I agree with Mark, a face to face conference is great! I also get lots out of reading books that I find recommended by other professionals on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

Q4: In what ways can you celebrate others more often?

@resbookchat A4. I have seen teachers writing 'Friday Love Notes' to their students to build relationships. I think it could be powerful to pick a person or two each week to praise/notice for great things they are doing. As simple as a sticky note. #resbookchat

@resbookchat A3. We need to remember not to limit our students. It’s easy to say your too young for that when in reality I’m just too scared. I need to remove boundaries so kids can soar! #RESbookchat #kidsdeserveit
