Today we had a visit from Mr. Glen @Howe (pumpkin grower extraordinaire 😊) and he informed us that the Tiger Stripe pumpkin seeds don't have a shell. You can roast them and they taste just like a cashew. Tiger Stripe pumpkins are a European variety of pumpkin. #pumpkins
