During the unethical and unlawful persecution of Karen Read, Brian Tully took notes from recorded interviews Karen did with Gretchen Voss. Voss had a connection to Chris Albert, yet Karen believed she attempted to do a fair and balanced interview. In the document below, I find it interesting that Brian took a dig at John. However, to be honest, it may have just been banter. You decide. One thing that is very clear and detailed is that Colin was drinking beers on John’s lawn, twice. Even being so disrespectful as to leave beer cans in the bushes. Julie Albert seemed to think that John getting upset about that was funny. There has been a lot of speculation to Colin and his role in this investigation. Bottom line is we don’t know if he was involved. We do know this: 1. He’s widely considered to be a big time punk. He has even revealed that he is willing and almost desperate to fight his enemies. Toughness, taunting, and posturing is in his DNA. 2. He was lying when he got on the stand. Extremely slow and careful to answer questions and didn’t seem to remember anything about that night, save for a few very specific details that seemed rehearsed. 3. He did not injure his knuckles from trying to brace himself as he fell. - Falsus in uno, Falsus in omnibus 4. Michael Proctor and his family had a lifelong relationship with Colin and his family. 5. Colin was deliberately left out of MSP and CPD initial police reports. 6. Why wasn't a there an Open Criminal Assignment for John O'Keefe's clothing on May 8, 2023? Possibly because they did not want to know whose DNA was on John's clothing? Why weren't exemplars of those in the 34F sent for matching/elimination purposes? Looks like the NCDAO started getting their collective asses in gear only AFTER @DoctorTurtleboy started writing about the case.

Five contributors to DNA found on the instep of John's right shoe

This DNA distribution graphic (provided by the NCDAO), it is obvious that there were DNA contributors on John's clothing that should not be there. Why so many unknown DNA contributors on his pants, especially in the right pelvic and groin area? This would explain why there was vomit on his boxers as it looks like his pants were unzipped and opened up. Why?
