Its spraying szn! 40% savings on this particular field. On the low end so far. Most are 50 to 60%.

🚨Congress just SCREWED your gas tank… again!!!! They just approved 15% ethanol (E15) in gasoline year-round… That’s why your car is getting terrible mileage, idling like shit, and running sluggish. Ethanol is weak fuel…you’re literally paying MORE to go less far while your engine suffers. All so Big Corn and their lobbyists can keep getting rich on this “green” scam. Meanwhile, these same climate cultists will hop on their private jets tonight, eat $200 steaks, and lecture you about carbon footprints. But, SURE…let’s force inferior fuel on your car to “save the planet.” 🙄🤬 The DC HYPOCRISY IS SICKENING! Who else is noticing their gas mileage has completely tanked lately? Drop it below. 👇

@ranger620v If anyone is in a pinch, we have 2 full undercarriages from DB planters sitting behind the shed. We went with tracks and would be willing to part out the wheeled assembly.

If you own an older db planter with the non updated hubs just go ahead and replace the bearings “ if you can find em somewhere” or put on the new style and save your some headache. Had one crap out last year “13 years old” and jacked up the other side to check tension and bearings and all “was” good, finished planting and jacked it up again this spring and checked preload/ greased it, and here we are again. And save the comments on roading full of seed and all that 😂, yes I know. Just pointing out these bearings don’t live forever, even if maintained

@ReaganJOHara @ric90521 @JakeSherman The equipment we use must be anomalies then, 2 stroke engines with 1-2 year old gas in them start and run fine. Several of these 2 stroke engines are 25+ years old.

THE HOUSE has passed a bill to allow year-round sale of E15. 218-203. It will go to the Senate and die. It was once attached to the farm bill. It's not anymore. So it probably doesn't have much of a future.

@Bkitch1Bodie @zach_profit Tire tracks at 90' spacing are substantially fewer than the tire tracks every 60' across a field. I would argue the planters dont weigh much more when in the ground planting

Maybe just me, really big planter market feels hotter than ever. DB 60,80,90. Units in demand. I’d consider either of the 3. Do I need it no. Do I have adequate storage for it no. Would I take one if the deal was right? I’d do it tomorrow.

@josh_sayler If that was a Deere NT planter you'd be taking at least 8 row units apart to clean the mud out.

And..... Neighbor guy got stuck again🤣🤣. This is why we put TRACKS ON ALL OUR PLANTERS!! Love the DB frames but watch video at the end is the major downfall. Frame wheels just turn into anchors in mud...

@TrooperBenKs My UTV identifies as a bicycle, it needs no tags, no lights and the driver can ignore all traffic laws. I can drive 10 mph in the lane of traffic and have the right of way.

UTV on the road. Legal or not? 👀 You’re driving down a public roadway and come up behind a UTV traveling in the lane ahead of you. Some people will say, “Absolutely not. They don’t belong there.” Others will say, “It depends where you are, what road you’re on, and how the UTV is equipped.” So let’s hear it. Are UTVs allowed to be driven on public roadways? Yes? No? I’ll post the answer in the coming days. #WhatSayYou #HelpMore

Sitting in an arena watching my daughters compete and I literally cannot stop doing math. 3.5 million kids in competitive cheer $2-3k per kid per year One company runs the competitions, sells the uniforms, and sets the rules. They sold two years ago for $4.75 billion. Unreal.

Ethanol this week $2.129 a gallon. Weighted aromatics blend $3.952 Ethanol molecules replace aromatics ingredients in blended fuel. Replacing toxic aromatics with ethanol lowers fuel prices. might even help you avoid cancer latter on

John Deere, right to repair, and corporate control over farm equipment have become major flashpoints for American farmers trying to stay afloat. In this clip, Zach Lahn breaks down how repair restrictions, Big Ag consolidation, and rising pressure on family farms are reshaping the future of agriculture in America. The conversation explores why so many farmers feel like they no longer control what they own and what that means for the next generation. This is a hard look at John Deere, family farms, right to repair, and the growing war over America’s food supply. @ZachLahn

@AKA_Sadrien @Falcontch @RandomstuffA2Z @untappedgrowth Ah so you're saying everyone should live in a sod hut and not drive to work because of greenhouse gas emissions, degradation of the land your concrete house foundation is on, etc? I bet you even mow your lawn with a gas powered lawnmower

🚨 The war’s most irreversible blow isn’t in Tehran — it’s in an Iowa barn. Urea at $610–$683/ton. Corn needs heavy nitrogen. Soybeans don’t. Farmers are switching acres RIGHT NOW. Once the planter rolls, it’s locked until 2027. Corn supply tightens. Meat & grocery prices follow. USDA report March 31 will confirm it. Food inflation just got real 👀 #FertilizerCrisis #Hormuz #FoodPrices

@LindsayKimbrell Give it a week. I'd guess quite a few will pull through, some will tie up and some might be toast. Happens more than we'd like to see in MN. Always drives you nuts wondering what to do about it.

@Falcontch @RandomstuffA2Z @untappedgrowth Then you could pay $.20-.50/gallon more at the pump vs the increased cost at the grocery store, which all goes to the middlemans pocket not the farmer. Pick your poison.

@robcarpenter @NHTSAgov Generally what I do is block both lanes if nobody is coming head on to reduce the likelihood of someone trying to pass from the rear. It can be very difficult to see behind you in farm equipment.

Who does this at an intersection of all places? Trying to save 20 seconds just cost this driver hours. Over 500 people die every year in passing crashes per @NHTSAgov. Most happen on rural two lane roads like this.
