@HenryIkwunemere@DK_2023@Scott7858868020 One day there will be there will be a Jeopardy question about this and I’ll be saying “What is Vermont, you fucking idiot!?” as if it were common knowledge about where and what the Ronald McDonald House is.

@Hyperlove@raphousetv7 It’s just jewelry. It’s an aesthetic. You could say the same thing about any body part. Who came up with the idea to put jewelry on an ear/finger/navel/nipple…. ?
REPORT: The #Angels have announced they have joined MLBTV's streaming umbrella. Fans will be able to watch Angels Baseball in 2026 through MLBTV at a $99.99 charge per season.
For fans out or market, if you plan to get MLBTV to watch every team, you will not have to pay an additional $99.99.
For fans in market, local to the team, you WILL have to pay an additional $99.99 per season if you already get MLB TV to watch every team.
There are no blackouts for in-market fans excluding national broadcasts, however fans out-of market will still have blackouts if the Angels are facing their local team.
This was WORSE case scenario for the Angels in terms of revenue. Both Victory+ & creating their own network would have given them more revenue.
@SamBlum3 Sad but fair. We saw a glimpse of the old Trout at the end of the season so let’s hope he still has a career second-win left. I’ll always be rooting for Trout.
US crime data shows immigrants (including undocumented) commit crimes at lower rates than US-born citizens. Per MPI and AIC analyses (2024), immigrants are 60% less likely to be incarcerated; undocumented have half the arrest rate for violent crimes vs natives (Texas data).
On race: FBI 2019 arrests (latest detailed): Whites 69.4% of total (pop. ~76%), Blacks 26.6% (pop. ~14%). For murder, Whites 46%, Blacks 51%. Absolute numbers favor Whites as majority for most crimes due to pop. size.
Since we passed the Affordable Care Act, Republicans have tried over and over to repeal it. And over and over, they’ve failed — in part because millions of people now depend on the ACA for quality, affordable health care.
Now Republicans are trying something different: quietly weakening the law and hoping you won’t notice. We can’t let them.
@ValentinaForUSA@ufc Exposed as a dog. I don’t even like Belal. He’s boring. But he put on a hell of a fight tonight. Nobody expected a decent maine event at 315.
