¿Qué hp parte de que a lo que el señor cumpla 62 años, es decir dentro de un año, recibiría más de 340 millones unos sobre los otros (lo que tiene ahora más los rendimientos) y que con la reforma de mierda petriste, en el mejor de los casos, solo va a recibir 300 mil cagados pesos de mesada? ¡¿Qué hp parte no entendió?! Para más inri, para el caso específico de este señor, como tiene menos de 1.000 semanas cotizadas, con la desastrosa reforma petriste, le toca esperarse hasta cumplir 65 años para recibir esa chichigua de 300 mil cagados pesos mensuales. Es decir, para recuperar sus 340 millones, este señor tendría que vivir hasta los 159 años. Y hay muchas más cosas, pero una hp mula de mierda como usted con esto ya se le debe haber llenado la memoria y debe estar dando vueltas en círculo. Yo sí le recomiendo que lea y entienda de que trata el robo de las pensiones orquestado por los corruptos del petrismo. ¡Sarna ignorante!

Les comparto este ejercicio que hicimos ayer en la calle con la mano en el corazón y con sinceridad en el Barrio la Joya - Bucaramanga- Santander. Llegamos al barrio. Estaba absolutamente “empapelado” con la publicidad de otro candidato. Nos acercamos a las personas y les pedimos llenar este tablero. Las encuestas miden el ruido. La calle mide la verdad. En estos días salieron números en un papel (encuestas). Hoy nosotros seguimos saliendo a la calle y está nos dice otra cosa. Nos lo dicen también las familias, los amigos, los conocidos. Las encuestas no votan. Las personas sí. Cada X en ese tablero es una conversación real, una convicción ganada, un voto que ningún margen de error puede borrar. Eso no se fabrica en una muestra de 1.200 personas. Se construye exactamente así: caminando, tocando puerta, escuchando. Sigamos. Colombia se cambia puerta a puerta, no desde los titulares. @PalomaValenciaL @JDOviedoAr

Los ataques a Álvaro Uribe @AlvaroUribeVel y al Centro Democrático @CeDemocratico por parte de Bermeo y sus marionetas no son espontáneos; son parte de la estrategia de la campaña y cuentan con la aprobación "de bien arriba". Están muy preocupados, saben que las encuestas no muestran la realidad y están desesperados atacando al uribismo para rasguñar los votos que puedan a punta de calumnias.

No sé quién pueda caer en semejante engaño retórico. Cepeda presenta su plan de gobierno, que consiste en repartirles billete a un montón de poblaciones. Pero ojo a esto: dice que no son subsidios ni asistencialismo, porque eso es neoliberal. No. En su gobierno son “reconocimientos de la dignidad y los derechos de las personas que viven en situación de pobreza”. Toda esa vuelta para decir que va a dar más subsidios, pero que no se llaman subsidios. Eso sí por ningún lado se explica de dónde sale la plata.

Este trino quedará para la historia como el símbolo de la presidencia de Gustavo Petro. Lo de Petro son cosas así: el metro de cartón. Poner a los buses stickers que dicen SITP para simular un sistema integrado de trasporte. Demorarse cuatro años para hacer un deprimido en la 94 y nunca hacerlo. Proponer un tren elevado que recorre medio país. Y ahora deja esta rayita de legado como muestra de la revolución de la infraestructura. El gran charlatán. For over a decade, I thought I had a male brain in a female body. In other words, I considered myself 🏳️‍⚧️ transgender. Now, I’ve quit my gender transition, and have decided to go on a health and weight loss journey. I’ve lost over 40 pounds and I’m close to my goal weight. With every pound I’ve lost, I become even more shocked that I managed to bind my chest for as long as I did. The measures I took as an adolescent to ‘correct’ this gender incongruence have destroyed my upper body- both in form and in function. I have a nerve injury, horribly flared ribs, damaged breast tissue, no positive sensation in the area, weakened skin, decreased lung capacity, severe left side back and neck pain…. Just to name a few. Shapewear can hide quite a few of these things. But there are certain things that even multiple layers of shapewear can’t hide. None of the trans adults guiding me and other known minors online about how to bind our breasts in secret, told us that any of this could happen to us. The most they said was to not bind with an ace bandage specifically, because then you can crack a rib. Everything else, the said, was safe if you do it no more than 10-12 hours a day. Years later, that number changed to eight hours. Why? Because they’re making it up as they go along. What they did not warn me or my peers about was that all breast binding done for a gender affirming purpose is inherently unsafe, and even more so when it is done by someone whose upper body (breasts, lungs, heart, ribs, spine etc) are still actively growing. Because the trans community is still overwhelmingly buying into the notion that things like breast binding can be done safely for months or years at a time, without any evidence supporting their claim, kids are still getting hurt. If the blatant lies that were told to me as a 12 year old girl in 2011/2012 weren’t continually peddled by online & irl trans communities, I would have nothing to speak out about. But truthfully, breast binding is one of those practices that everyone still thinks is ok to lie about the harms of. Parents are still buying their daughters breast binders thinking that they are “safe and reversible” or that these medical devices used for post surgical recovery are somehow “just pieces of clothing.” This includes parents who are already concerned about the medical harms of gender transition, but think that breast binding is a good compromise. It is NOT. It is actively hurting your growing kids. Gender clinics promote these practices as being safe. Schools still give out these dangerous medical devices to children without their parents’ knowledge. These are all big problems. Take my story as a cautionary tale. Using multiple layers of shapewear, I might look ‘normal.’ Underneath it all, my left scapula aches before sending tingling sensations and then numbness down my left arm, whenever I stand or walk too long, or whenever I use a small shoulder bag. I’m almost 27, and I need a neck brace just to sleep. I cannot take deep breaths without pain. My ribs constantly feel like they’re hooking onto things underneath me when I’m lying on my side. That is in fact a very painful experience. There is no positive sensation in my chest and the entire area is deformed. Gender affirming breast binding is NEVER harmless, nor does it cause damage which is easily reversible, or which is reversible at all. Most of this damage is not ‘a broken rib that will heal on its own. It is done with no end in sight, and not under the strict supervision of a doctor monitoring the patient (as they would be in the case where a maximum of six weeks of binding is the post surgical recovery protocol). It’s time that we all take the harms of gender affirming breast binding seriously. Not one study has shown that it can be done safely. REPOST to raise awareness
