@ThesBloodflame @duskfallss The issue is that it shouldn't be legal to add something that anti-consumer into your ToS, and it isn't just FF, I believe WoW, GW2, and others have in their terms, 'we can revoke access at any time for any reason, with or without notice'

My take abt Xenos getting banned on FFXIV is that GMs and moderation have been abysmal for years. They used to just not tell you what/where/who/why they abducted you out of the game for, which is already unacceptable. But moderation outside the game? ✋😤 not a xenos fan btw

And square got rid of them to my knowledge. Since I always see the name when Xeno has drama, Vivi seems to just be dick riding him

Long story short, he has a well established history of trying to stir up drama, attacking and insulting people, using slurs, having tantrums when he doesn't get his way, and he has been banned for this very same thing back in 2020. He tried to start drama with another content creator for the game Mr Happy a few weeks ago. Mr Happy wouldn't bite back like he wanted and just made a single comment, and absolutely ratioed him. Xenosys then proceeded to have a meltdown and tantrum on stream over it. Even making insults about Mr Happy's girlfriend. That's the type of person this guy is.

I don’t even need know this dude. This interaction alone that he’s made is just…icky. Like it’s not hard to be a nice and mostly respectful person. There comes a point in time where maybe not publicly attacking people who aren’t of your liking shouldn’t be on Twitch. I can understand people who do really bad vile things, but based on what I’ve at least seen from Vivi, she’s super sweet. Honestly good on the devs for getting him lol. One less problem in my opinion.
