All migrants deserve respect and a chance of getting a better future. And that applies to all people from all countries. We are in an international world and that won't change no matter how hard you want to close borders. Anti-migrant people just deny reality for their fantasies.

@smutsvanstern I just read about every political party on wikipedia and search for more info if at the end of it I have multiple options or no options that represent my ideas. Not to mention that at least in the EU the party they represent in parliment is a big clue of what they think.

I've never understood people making those maps with which party they'd support in different countries. Honestly, I know what I would vote for in Sweden (left party) and in Chile (frente amplio) but it would be absurd to claim I understand enough of Romanian, Bulgarian or French politics to take a stance. Ffs.. I decided to vote for the left party last month 😅. From what I understand, Romanian socdems are incredibly corrupt, and French lefties are pro russians. In these cases I'd might vote for a centre-right party. But since I do not have all the facts, I won't take a stance.

@trashfag42 I'm not a hardcore socialist or anything but I think that your idea of it comes from a capitalistic perspective that portrays socialism as something bland that destroys different ideas. An idea that is mostly based on the USSR or other communist nations.

@trashfag42 No consumer choice? What do you mean 😭😭 . Socialism doesn't mean 1 product for everyone. And less innovation? Why would that be the case? I think you get that from communists. Also, a slow economy can be much better than an economy that has big numbers but has constant crisis.
