This trader received a margin warning on May 22, 2025, after using 99.63% cumulative margin. Our FAQ clearly states: Once a formal warning is issued, any further margin violation on any existing or future accounts will lead to termination. Despite the warning, the trader again violated the margin rule on September 24, 2025, this time using 98.63% cumulative margin. Even after this, he reached out asking for a refund. Because we care about our community, we approved the refund. After receiving confirmation of his refund, he started claiming there was a fault in our margin calculation and demanded his account back. But there wasn’t any fault. While I was trying to figure something out for him, as we are always traders first, he is trying to defame us by collaborating with third parties. We have been more than fair here, and we have received only disrespect here. It’s clear he was simply trying to take advantage of our goodwill, and we will never support that. About so-called Media pages, these Media pages are not journalists. They don’t verify facts, don’t show both sides, and thrive on outrage for engagement. They cherry-pick stories, spin half-truths and present them as if they are exposing some “scandal.” You know these pages offer no education, no insight, and no solutions. Just noise for clout.
