GRS is proud to have successfully completed works for Lindum Construction on the remodel, repurpose, and upgrade project at Rotherham College’s Clifton Building. GRS played a critical role in the project by installing comprehensive electrical services.

GRS has successfully completed the New Manufacturing Room project at Teledyne e2v's Firth Road site in Lincoln. Acting as the main contractor, GRS ensured the project’s timely delivery despite the schedule being accelerated by three weeks and additional extras added to the scope.

GRS recently undertook the 're-illumination' project at St James' Church in Louth, working on the installation of Ansell Smart LED lighting across Ground, Mid, and Tower/Top Levels of the historic church.

GRS are pleased to be working for Lindum Construction on the remodel, repurpose, and upgrade project at Rotherham College’s Clifton Building. The project focuses on creating state-of-the-art facilities for Brick and Joinery students.

GRS are pleased to be working for Topcon Building Ltd on the new Grimsby Institute: Innovative Animal Care Centre. GRS will be responsible for installing comprehensive electrical services in the building.

GRS were recently awarded an Employer Recognition Award by the JTL. This award celebrates apprenticeship employers that have shown significant levels of support and commitment toward their JTL apprentices. GRS were one of 5 winners across England & Wales for this award.

GRS Electrical Services Ltd have recently completed works on the new Mountain Pavilion Hospitality Centre at Cadwell Park for Motorsport Vision (MSV). The electrical systems installed include Power facilities, contemporary energy efficient LED Lighting and a Fire Alarm system.

GRS have recently completed works on the new Fitzwilliam Care Centre in Mablethorpe for the Bluebrick Healthcare Group. This new £7 million-pound high quality luxurious care home provides accommodation for 62 people. GRS installed full electrical services to the care home.

GRS are pleased to be working for CLS Civil Engineering Ltd on the new Over 55’s Residential Apartments project located at Bridge Street in Brigg. The project will create 20 residential apartments within the new complex.

GRS are pleased to be working on the Unite the Union new office building in Lincoln for @TopconGrimsby. The new two storey building will include Offices, Meeting Rooms and other amenity facilities. GRS will be installing full electrical services to the building.

GRS are pleased to be working for @RamEcoltd on the new 2 storey extension to Ancora Medical Practice, Scunthorpe. The project will extend the footprint of the current building at the rear, creating additional ground floor space and a second floor extension.

GRS are pleased to be working for @LindumGroup on the new children’s care home in Louth on behalf of @LincolnshireCC. This project aims to provide a safe place for children aged between 12-18. The project will involve the creation of a two-storey, six-bedroom property .

GRS are pleased to be working for Vaughndale Construction on the new two floor Farndon Cricket Club pavilion project. GRS will be installing full electrical services to the pavilion including Distribution, Lighting, Power, Data, TV System, Intruder Alarm and Fire Alarm.

GRS are pleased to be working for the Lindum Group at the new B&M Store, Mablethorpe. B&M is one of the UK’s most popular retail chains. We will be installing external lighting to the new car park area & will be installing full electrical services to the amenity/ landlord areas.

GRS are pleased to be working for Kier Construction on the creation of a second swimming pool at Hucknall Leisure Centre. GRS will be installing full electrical services to the new swimming pool area.

GRS are pleased to be working for @GelderGroup on the new teaching block at Spalding Academy. This two floor extension will create an additional eight classrooms whilst remodelling works as part of this project will also create two new Science Labs and two IT suites.

GRS are pleased to be working for @GelderGroup on the Office and Workshop Extension at Stirling Business Park, Scunthorpe for the Jack Tighe Group. GRS will be installing items such as LED lighting, general office power, workshop power and electric vehicle charging points.

GRS are pleased to be working for @LindumGroup on the ‘Roman Gate Court’ project, located off Nettleham Road, just north of Lincoln city centre. This scheme developed by @LACEHousing will involve the construction of 24 new apartments for people aged over-55.

GRS have recently completed works on the new @DraytonKia , located on North Holme Road, Louth for @GelderGroup. The site has a large welcoming indoor showroom complete with a comfortable customer waiting area, and state of the art workshop facilities.
