@dcookie377 It's a fairly common problem on hendrickson and international air ride. You can try a 2nd nut as a jam nut. If that doesn't work you may have to change the saddles. If they run loose too long they won't sit on the axle correctly.

Anyone ever have issues with axle U bolts and saddles constantly coming loose? Just this 1 truck does, need retorque about 2 months timing. Ministry didn’t like it either. Suggestions ?
