@GIGCarShare app not working in SF now. Tried multiple devices to log on but receiving error message to call Gig, which I did. Reinstalled app and reset phone to no avail

Just found out that @GIGCarShare bo longer has parking at the Oakland Airport...even though the website shows a lot. The app does not.

@GIGCarShare Paid $216 at GIG: got a dirty car, surprise fees, and mixed messages from support. Car quality's declined, service now seems profit-driven. Disappointed as a frequent user. #GIGExperienceFail

@GIGCarShare Been a loyal customer for years now, referring many friends, & I can't express how disappointed I am (after getting my 1st parking citation ticket) to receive an EXTRA $125 charge from Gig ON TOP OF the $25 "handling fee" that was already on the $90 ticket. Shame😠
