@DanNeidle It’s not the right decision for desperate parents of SEND kids with appalling state school provision and therefore little choice short of homeschooling - and parents then exiting the workforce. It’s punitive to disabled children and their families

My view would be the same: it’s for Parliament. That’s the law, and it’s also the right result.

@meepmorp_31 @Lucy_Webster_ Sometimes it’s sensory issue too, my kids are autistic and prefer metal straws but in the past have preferred plastic because of the feel and taste. They don’t like paper straws for sensory reasons either so it limits them eating in public spaces

I fought the law and I WON! After being subjected to a humiliating ordeal in court by my rapist’s defence lawyer, I started the arduous process of submitting a complaint. I had to study the law, compile it all myself, facing off against a team of lawyers… and it’s been upheld!
