Hi @SizeProp team. I bought a challenge just a day or two days ago. Everything was going well but then i started facing issues. First of all my challenge was not showing many times, then my position was not appearing almost all the time. It was really stressful having a open position but not being able to do anything about it. Moving forward i wasn’t able to surf the site the whole days idk why then finally it worked and i opened a position and then again the same issue started happening. The site won’t load. My position was open and this time this error cost me my account. I’m attaching the screenshot of all the things that happened for your reference. I also DMed you guys. I don’t know if you guys can help me get my account back or not but I actually do like your project but these errors are very frustrating and becomes so stressful istg so im sharing this with you so you guys can look into this so that such issues don’t happen in future again. Kindly look into this please and if my case looks genuine to you people then please sort this out please. Regardless of everything, you guys have built a solid project. I really do like it.
