Very encouraged by possible end of trend for psychologists, not court to resolve issue of 'parental alienation'. Many clients would be disadvantaged by the delays, costs and hazards of misdiagnosis, had this worrying trend been allowed to continue without restraint.

As a member of the Law Society's Small Firm's Committee, I'll be participating in a discussion with Law Society President, Lubna Shuja on ‘Tackling the challenges in the small law firm and sole practitioners' markets’. Are challenges unique to more compact firms, I wonder.

We hope these two tables - prepared by @nicholasallen29 and Dan Mutton - will be a useful aide memoire for litigants, practitioners and judges.

Saddened that client with implacably hostile ex, in breach of contact order is throwing in the towel. Disheartened. Children now refer to him by first name. 2 years since physical contact. Last hearing in June 2022; HHJ sought review in October. Still waiting.. Disheartening.

I cycled from Clapham to court at Holborn last week only, upon arrival, to have my afro comb confiscated as a potential weapon (??). Helmet hair. I feel a complaint coming on..

Helping out today at our local Food Bank, it is distressing to see how low our provisions have become. Last week, we had very little meat (tinned Ravioli etc) and today, no shower gel and toiletries..Basic stuff. Desperate.
