🛑 Gunpowder cancelled 6th Jan 🛑 See Facebook for more detail. “Sadly, we have decided to cancel Gunpowder parkrun tomorrow as the paths are flooded and our usual puddle just up from the start is more like a lake with no way around it.”

Tomorrow we will be celebrating our 12th Anniversary. The theme will be milestones so please wear your volunteer or runner milestone t shirt if you have one. We also will be running the course in reverse. There will be tea, coffee and cake after. See Facebook for more detail. 🎉

Message from the team on Facebook: “Remember Gunpuddle run...tomorrow's parkrun is going to be very very wet. There is a lot of flooding on the paths. It is safe to run but if you are running bring a change of shoes, socks and a towel as you will not escape the puddles.”

As announced on the Gunpowder Facebook page, we are running tomorrow, but as a mark of respect for the sad loss of Queen Elizabeth II, people may wish to wear black t-shirts.
