@NotGuilty312@StockTalks21 Freshman year before non con games was a dunk contest between he and cam heide. It was crazy fun. I’m surprised he never dunked in a game.
Tried to tell y’all.
Braden Smith is a much better athlete than people realize.
I frequently remembered him jumping off two feet to grab rebounds over wings at Purdue.
This was expected in my eyes 🤝🫡

Thoughts from RBC Hilton Head:
-Fun final round 62. I felt really good about my game after Thursday. It just took a few more days to come out than I would have wanted. It didn’t feel like I was doing anything out of the ordinary on Sunday. I was able to get off to a good start and kept it going with some hot putting.
-Watching Jason Day putt is masterclass. The focus, stroke and speed are all so spot on, i think it had a positive effect on my putting as well. He also gave me some perfect reads couple times that helped me. I didn’t even realize I had 20 putts haha.
-It clearly got much harder after I finished. I hit 3wd 7i into 18 lol. The wind was just starting to creep up as I was finishing and thought I’d finish 40th not 25th. I’ll take it!
-I had to use Max’s 4 wood after breaking mine and it was really good Thursday but the honeymoon phase ended quickly and I hit it terrible Saturday. Couldn’t stop missing it left with a toe ball. Lost at least 3 strokes because of that thing 🤦🏻♂️. I switched to a different one Sunday and it was definitely better. This kind of stuff happens rarely and it is what it is. 🤷🏻♂️
-Hilton head easily one of the best courses we play on tour. Awesome use of trees and angles. Holes 8 11 12 13 15 are such awesome examples of that. Angles don’t matter in 99% of courses but they certainly do here. Fantastic. Feel like they can bring in 18 fairway in. It’s just too wide.

“I think we are all better in certain situations than others… When the OKC Thunder won the Finals last year, I wasn’t judging them because SGA was drafted by the Clippers or because they signed Isaiah Hartenstein as a free agent. I thought, wow, those guys played beautiful basketball—that’s a real model for young players to watch.”
@lilmissrph352@BoilerInTexas I mean if you follow the book to the T it says this stuff. Not condoning it as I’m agnostic, but at what point in religion do you just cherry pick stuff? I hope he finds peace… nice handle miss RPh!!
@jonesbbqfoe@dfuzecr_@CBKReport Jealous of others successes. Probably been that way your whole life.
These guys graduated, worked hard and have money in the bank. A lot of money. They may work at Home Depot. But it will be upper management. Haha.
#Purdue Matt Painter was as real with me after their loss to Arizona as he could be on how impressed he was with his team this season in this “new era” for college athletes.
THIS is worth the listen.
“For people when I played…for people to bust your a** about something, you had to read the morning newspaper…today it’s just 24/7"
@WISHNews8
Purdue G Braden Smith, G Fletcher Loyer and F Trey Kaufman-Renn on what its like to hear Matt Painter say that they were people who want good education, exhibited loyalty and fought for each other
BS: "It's the reason we chose to come here. He was honest and truthful from the beginning. That's what you want, you don't get that everywhere."
TKR: "Being able to get a great education, play winning basketball as a 19-23 year old, its all you can ask for."
FL: "The decision to come to Purdue turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Purdue is a special place and I'm glad I did it."
