@willreil This may seem counterintuitive, but lower the center of gravity, it's not like balancing something with your hand (where u benefit from a higher cog), the way it balances is (mostly) through torque at the wheels, and you have much more control authority with lower cog

I ironed out a few problems today. Balance point adjustment and some final PID tuning are all that’s left I think. Anyone know how to fix the eventual falling over to one side? (All of this still looks like shit but I promise it’s doing better than it was earlier)
