Most pain medication orders are written such that the nurse can only give it for a specific level of pain and location of pain. For example, Norco for back pain rated 6 to 8 out of 10. Or, Dilaudid for back pain rated 9 to 10. The nurse cannot give Tylenol for back pain 9 to 10. And for that matter, the nurse cannot give Dilaudid for knee pain 9 to 10, because it was only written for the back pain. So I don’t know what’s this nurse is talking about.

This DC detective was assigned a kidnapped child case. He was sitting alone in his car, trying to sort things out in his head feeling really bad for the father. So he asked God how would I find this child and if you were to tell me where would I look? What things would I look to get the answer you’re trying to give me?
