Effective 10.1% increase we imposed in early 2020 as settlement for 2019 and 2020 was, I admit and as said at time, an emergency sticking plaster as spectre of COVID-19 loomed. Never imagined next administration would try and ignore systemic issues which everyone knows exist.

@BrehautBarry @mikereadgsy @GuernseyRCN The pay award imposed earlier this year was for2019 & 2020 only. Nothing has been agreed for 2021 or beyond. Negotiations with current P&R are planned. @SMundy68

P&R awarded AfC workers a 5% pay increase effective from January 2019, and a further 5% increase with effect from September 2019. This included nurses.
