Interested in animal mitochondrial genomes? Check out our preprint exploring rare mutations in the C. elegans mtDNA. Compared to mtDNA mutation spectra from several other animals, we find an abundance of CG>AT transversions. Potential explanations in link disq.us/t/3wnvdve
