Who is your favorite Denver Bronco (all time) that isn’t named Elway, Manning, TD, Von Miller, or Sharpe?

He wasn't just a singer-songwriter. He was a gifted multi-instrumentalist who wrote many of his own songs and helped define the soft rock sound of the 1970s and 1980s.
From Leader of the Band to Longer, Same Old Lang Syne, Missing You, and Hard to Say, his songs blended heartfelt storytelling with exceptional musicianship.
Those are just a few of the many great songs he gave us.
What's your favorite Dan Fogelberg song, whether it's listed here or not?

My first concert ever. Barton Coliseum, Little Rock, Arkansas, 1974.
My senior year at Jacksonville High School. I went with my best friend, Gaylen Burnside.
We loved it so much, we drove up to Fayetteville, AR, the next night for their show there!

Happy and good Tuesday, everybody.
Arkansas pride isn’t just mountains, rivers, Razorbacks, and front porch stories. Sometimes it comes in a bright yellow box of 4 Star Beef Chili.
Made in Fort Smith, Arkansas by Famous Chili, Inc., 4 Star Chili has been a River Valley favorite since 1948. For generations, that bright yellow box was a familiar sight in grocery freezer cases across Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma.
It wasn’t fancy. It wasn’t trying to be gourmet. It was Arkansas. It is practical, hearty, affordable, and always ready for a chili dog, a ballgame, a hunting camp, or a quick family meal.
Some foods are more than a meal. They’re a memory.
If you grew up around Fort Smith, chances are you remember seeing this box and instantly knowing what was for supper.
Who else remembers 4 Star Chili?

@Hot_Pepper76 The Cowboys, only because my Dad took me to see it when I was very young.

A day in the life that I’ll never forget. To stand in Studio 2, knowing that apart from a handful of tracks, this is where it all happened, was a genuinely emotional experience. I remember thinking “all those songs I love were created between these walls. You can trace them all back to this room. This is the place” And you could feel it. Honestly, there’s a tangible magic in the air. Pure magic, real magic. I’ve got goosebumps thinking about it

@Arkypatriot Simply the best!
Grew up not far from Hot Springs and have to hit McClards whenever I’m around.

Good Wednesday!
Have you ever eaten at a place so legendary that people plan entire road trips around it? In Hot Springs, Arkansas, that place is McClard’s Bar-B-Q.
The story goes back to 1928 when Alex and Gladys McClard traded a meal for what became their famous barbecue sauce recipe. Nearly a century later, the family-owned restaurant is still serving the same style of Arkansas barbecue that has made it a destination for generations of travelers, locals, and even a few presidents.
Walk through the door and you’re greeted by the unmistakable aroma of slow-smoked meat and decades of tradition. The menu is packed with favorites—tender ribs, chopped pork, beef, and smoked chicken—but many visitors come specifically for the legendary tamales covered with barbecue, beans, cheese, onions, and sauce. It’s a combination that sounds unusual until you try it.
The atmosphere is refreshingly simple. No trendy gimmicks. No fancy presentation. Just generous portions, time-tested recipes, and walls filled with memories from nearly 100 years of serving hungry customers.
Whether you’re a barbecue purist or just looking for an authentic Arkansas food experience, McClard’s isn’t just a restaurant it’s a piece of Arkansas history that continues to draw people from across the country.
If you’ve eaten at McClard’s, what’s your go-to order?

I was just in a conversation with some folks regarding the age demographics on X.
Mind you, I don't want to stick my nose into anybody's personal info, but I am curious, what is the age demographic of your audience?
Is it getting older as mine is?
Yes, The Crumbs does have moments of business-minded seriousness.
If that's too much for some to handle, let it be known that I'm wearing a Nixon mask as I write this in order to sustain some level of silliness.

Today’s Elvis Costello lyric stuck in my head
There are some things you can't cover up with lipstick and powder
I thought I heard you mention my name
Can't you talk any louder?
