@Habisot2 @nayem_saki As long as murata doesn’t get too involved in storyboards then we should be fine. Although he said they will be adding more CG which is a hit or miss. They just don’t have good action animators anymore which is maybe why they adding a lot more CG

@Habisot2 Murata was the chief *episode* director (チーフ演出) in cours 1-2 (alongside Mitsutoshi Satō), which is completely different from chief series director (総監督); generally credited to whoever is entrusted with directing the bulk of a given series' episodes

@STFdeeznut6z @glowikgames @thieryung @nayem_saki Thats just speculation at this point. We will see how much he does in cour 3 but i think Taguchi is more suited as SB than series director and i think he wants to do that more.

@Habisot2 @glowikgames @thieryung @nayem_saki Except Yoshihara wasn’t guiding them anymore when he left, he guided and trained them before, throughout the majority of the Black Clover anime run when he was director. You should know that “chief director” pretty much means they are even less involved, they are just credited

@STFdeeznut6z @glowikgames @thieryung @nayem_saki Murata maybe ist suited for SB but as ED he was pretty good. Its like Yoshihara situation that now Taguchi will have potential than he had as Series Director and he knows the team pretty well to guide them.

@Dani4681 @nayem_saki murata was chief series director for cour 1 and 2. And with animation directors will be probably different ( replacing Hashimoto because he is probably retired already).
