@British_Airways Been trying to book with a partner reward voucher for myself for the last couple of weeks. Tried 3 times on different dates & receive the same error: There was a problem with your request, please try again later. Why won't it work/what can I do?

@Airtel_Presence Hi Rani, so does this mean I have to use an Airtel physical sim, replacing my British SIM card? I thought with an e-sim, it was like adding an internet package onto your current SIM card with a different provider?

@tsohost My email got blocked by Microsoft's servers on the 13th March 2020. And it still hasn't been lifted. Firstly, it shouldn't have been blocked in the first place. Secondly, how this hasn't been sorted out yet absolutely baffles me. Surely you agree? I can't use my email!

Week 4 of all hotmail, gmail & live email accounts rejecting my emails. @tsohost how is this still not fixed? How can I run my business without the ability to send emails? Imagine if your entire email system had the same problem. Then you'd sort it out. Disgusting service.

@JaapSam I’ve been on for the same amount of time, but I believe depending on where you live, there can be more supply than demand. I live 10 mins outside of Leeds centre, and there’s tons of volunteers in my map radius. I want to help people through this app, but I’ll find other ways.

>200 on duty hours logged in the NHS volunteering scheme and not a single request come through. The Govt needs to be telling people how they can request help

@_lachamberlain I’ve been on for 160 hours and nothing. I think there’s enough supply for demand. I live just 10 mins outside of Leeds city centre, and there’s already lots of volunteers in my radius on the map
