Wondering if @Allstate is apart of @DirectAutoIns and if Allstate’s customer serve can help because direct has been ignoring and a no call back for 4 days now

@DirectAutoIns representative hung up three days still no supervisor call three days still no help and three days still not one form sent to the DMV. You guys are pathetic. I know you’re seeing these tweets because you responded the first time.

Any #lawyers? Can I sue @DirectAutoIns for REFUSING to send a LEGAL form required by the dmv!? I’ve been dealing with this issue over 48hours now and still waiting for a supervisor to call

Now @DirectAutoIns is refusing to send the form. DMV spoke to them and said it’s a LEGAL document that they have to send that proves I have insurance. STILL NO SUPERVISOR CALL. Been dealing with this since Wednesday and on the phone today for more than 3 hours back and forth!!!!

@NGI_UAE has to be the WORSE! It’s been 2 days I’m waiting on ONE form to be fax or emailed to my dmv and it’s still not done. NO ONE helps or calls back. Definitely have to cancel

So the supervisor completely LIED saying to me yesterday from @DirectAutoIns that the form dmv needs will be sent. Just called they still haven’t got anything. I’ve been trying since WEDNESDAY

@DirectAutoIns STILL NOTHING! I’ve been trying to get one form fax or emailed to my DMV since WEDNESDAY. Supervisor finally called me back yesterday saying it’ll be sent and I can call dmv tomorrow. I just did and they don’t have anything

@DirectAutoIns I just spoke to DMV and they still have not received anything. It’s been well over 24 hours on there and they said it should’ve just came in a couple of hours. I have still not received any call from the supervisor. I don’t know what’s going on. It’s just one form

Just got @DirectAutoIns and man DO THEY SUCK! I need ONE form fax to dmv. 2 representatives have no clue what I’m talking about then they say you have to be on a 48 hour waitlist to speak to a supervisor then they transferred you away for another 30 minutes just for no help
