No, Putin is not drunk here - even thought he absolutely sound drunk. What happened is that he has developed a very weird way of saying “Hurrah” quietly as though it were loud. This makes him slur and sound drunk, but no one will tell him.

Segundo a propaganda russa e os seus acólitos no ocidente (muitos já deviam estar presos, mas isso é outra conversa) os minúsculos países Bálticos com pouco mais de 1 milhão de habitantes cada estão a planear invadir a Rússia, com 140 Milhões de habitantes e uma área 100 vezes maior que eles em conjunto. Seria hilariante se não fosse só nojento e trágico.
