The General Directorate of Police said Israeli aircraft struck the site with at least two missiles. Gaza’s Interior Ministry later announced that a child, Saber Abdel Rahman Jarbou, was also killed in the attack. The ministry said the strike was part of Israel’s ongoing targeting of the police force aimed at dismantling civil order and spreading chaos across Palestinian society. It added that 42 police personnel have been killed since the ceasefire agreement entered into force last October.
