Bonjour @Hertz, j’ai loué une voiture en Irlande. Pour de très légers dommages sur une voiture déjà endommagée avant que je la prenne vous avez retiré 3500 € sur mon compte puis remboursé 2299,45 €. Ça fait toujours 1 200,55 € prélevés sur mon compte sans aucun justificatif !

Well @Hertz I'm pretty disgusted with you. I tried to change my card on my reservation and the system would not let me. I chatted, ha! I called. The rep was rude. Very rude. I want to just walk to my car, and you system won't let me. Yes, I'm a gold member.

@Hertz today returned the car to Halifax Airport. I arrived at parking at 5:10 p.m. The attendant told that he would inspect the car and take care of it after that. However, I received a bill that showed a return time of 5:29 pm and I am charged for one hr. Who can help resolve?

A friendly reminder to check rental car receipts, especially from @Hertz. After returning a car in San Francisco, I saw a $95 charge for "damage," despite no explanation or evidence of said damage. They ended up waiving the charge, but only after multiple calls.

@Hertz in Redmond Oregon are very sneaky about out they treat customers, trying to rush them through since they don’t have a Gold area. So they have you initial a bunch of papers to get you to the car asap . Then when my bill comes i was charged $ 191 for LWD that I didn’t want!

Se fueron de vacaciones a Brasil. Llegaron al hotel Buzios Beach Resort, dejaron las cosas y se fueron a la playa. Lo que haríamos todos. Volvieron de la playa y les habían robado todo.
