What I see among my colleagues: who have had mediocre programming skills (non-tech staff) they are excited to work with AI, the others( developers) - most unclear about their future, and expect pay cuts (ie their market price), although the latter have better learning skills

The main programming language in AI era is the English language. You literally need only it to start working with AI
