@realdefidruid I will start first by joining a run club or just walking before you start a gym. Running and walking are free… you get your body moving. Once you can be consistent with that, then go to the gym and start lifting weights and many more.

@realdefidruid I just did things to get my body moving at least. Then once I was back on my feet, I started lifting weights, so I prioritized cardio for 6 months and I started lifting weights. But from 2024, I was at the gym, but then since Planet Fitness started closing at 10 pm.. it was hard.

@Heyitstinuke Your progress is actually impressive 🔥 for me, starting isn’t the hard part… it’s maintaining the consistency long term 😭. But were you consistent for the whole two year? Like u didn't Miss any day/week

@realdefidruid Part 2… That I actually enjoyed because you are spending money every month to work out, so you might as well find a proper gym… so I did a gym tour. I toured different gyms using their free pass access, and I found one, and now I have been in there for at least 6 months now…
