Mihlali Ndamase Unlawfully Fires Her First Employee at Treasury Designs by Mihlali Ndamase. Mihlali Ndamase recently launched her new store Treasury Designs by Mihlali Ndamase which is actually owned by her mother Pumla Ndamase since she is the original Moghel Slay. Pumla Ndamase-Tshitende interviewed the hopeful on the 10th December 2025 and the hopeful started at Treasury by Mihlali Ndamase on the 11th December 2025. The now new employee was informed by Mihlali Ndamase's mother Pumla Ndamase-Tshitende that they will be placed on permanent employment. On day 5; post starting the new employee was abruptly told to not to report to work with Mihlali Ndamase's mother stating that the reason they have to let the employee go is because they are not getting any customers so the shop isn't making money. After an endless back and forth between the new employee and Mihlali Ndamase's mother Pumla Ndamase-Tshitende about remuneration, on the 30th December 2025; the new employee was paid R215 for 5 days of work.
