@1PerspectiveOr2 @JasonHarmonNFL I live in St Paul but I'm in downtown Minneapolis multiple x per week and nothing you say is even remotely true. Thriving entertainment districts from DT East (US Bank Stadium) to First Ave (Target Field/Center) to North Loop and NE across the river. I haven't seen any crime.

@JasonHarmonNFL Really? Minneapolis, Minnesota is not safe. I live here. We can't have small Holidazzle parades nor an Aquitennial because we have no police. The streets are feral with violent crime. Entertainment businesses gone. Choosing Minneapolis is dangerously stupid of the NFL. 🤢🤮

@SeifertESPN The draft will be inside the stadium, no? Then plenty of space for more in the park pictured, and if it's like the Super Bowl/Final Four they will also block off Nicollet Mall and have a bunch of temp bars and screens there as well.

Many have asked how local organizers will squeeze hundreds of thousands of NFL draft fans around U.S. Bank Stadium. I don't entirely know, but remember there is a 4.2-acre park adjacent to it. (Via MSE)

Great to have a premier event like the NFL Draft in Minneapolis! The city needs some good publicity right now and downtown is still a great entertainment district.
There are skyways connecting everything, just like Indy which is supposedly God's gift to sporting events!

Been saying all along that the Wolves retro uniforms need to shorten up “Timberwolves” to “Wolves”. Frankly the official franchise name needs to do the same. Looks like we’re moving in that direction.
