Nikt nie miał broni, żeby móc go zastrzelić na miejscu. Młode małżeństwo nie żyje, jedna osoba jest w stanie ciężkim. Prawo nie pozwala na przedłużenie obrony koniecznej po śmierci ofiary, bo nie ma kary głównej. Musimy rozszerzyć dostęp do broni i przywrócić karę śmierci.
