@azxfba Yes, STK includes all orders refunds in the sales P&L. But please note that all refunds affect the P&L for the original date of the order. This prevents refunds skewing the current days sales data.

@ImperiumSoft how can I change seller tool kit’s shipping fees for fbm orders starting from a specific date. For example my shipping for the past 2 months is £3 now it increased to £3.50, how can I change the fees from today rather than deleting all the listings and re-listing?

Has anyone on here ever contacted STK about an issue and just been told "read the FAQ" and ignored? Has anyone on here ever had issues with their repricer? Has anyone still got stats on STK showing bugged out results? I know I have...

@FelixAmazonCat There was a sign in issue to a database error that needed support from our server provider, Azure. This only prevented users signing in and nothing else. Sellers that do not see updates are always due to their SC permissions expiring. STK is always running in the background

Just a few examples of people having issues with down time. But honestly this is not even the main problem - your lack of support and unwillingness to accept that there may have been issues at some points is what is most concerning. I can understand developing and running software like this isn't the easiest feat to accomplish but I am sure you could stretch your budget to hire a dedicated support staff at least.

@FelixAmazonCat I remove these posts as they have caused confusion. None of these have been due to any downtime, especially repricer downtime. STK has never been down. Its almost impossible for this to happen

@FelixAmazonCat @zakyxbt I'm very surprised. Have you contacted support? I'm always available. STK has never tanked a listing nor has it ever dropped prices less than your rule settings. I am also not aware of any bugs at all, and all bugs are addressed immediately. None have taken more than 24hrs

@ImperiumSoft @zakyxbt Awful customer service, bugs go unaddressed for months (or told that it’s somehow an issue on our end), features that are “coming soon” for a year+, repricer that tanks listings and often bugs out and drops prices lower than they should be… I could go on

So close to £10K sales in a day… I’ll get there 🤩

For comparison here is what STK showed as profit from yesterday. Wayyy different. SellerToolkit massively inflates profit
