As this is happeing for more the two year even now their is no power supply

I have raised this issue with concerned authorities in EDD-IV, Noida (Dadri) (this is under PASHCHIMANCHAL VIDYUT VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED) . But have not got any satisfactory result . Sir the reasons given by them in the explanation letter are not satisfactory .

@ptshrikant Hi Sir, I am a resident of chhapraula village under Block / Tehsil → Dadri and District → Gautam Buddha Nagar which falls under BISNOLI SUBSTATION UNDER EDD-IV, Noida (Dadri) . For past 2 years more then 500 families are facing power issue
