@IndiGo6E why am I not able to get through to you call centre to do a simple cancellation within 24 hours of booking ?

@IndiGo6E My concern is when i did the web checkin why i didnt get the Boarding pass, why should i reach the airport before 2 hrs if i already did the web check-in? You guys charged me an extra 3K for the alternate flight. It was not free. Not my fault that i didnt receive boarding pass

@IndiGo6E @PMOIndia @RamMNK @mohol_murlidhar Request to Indian aviation ministry to instruct all the Indian airlines to full refund tickets to/from middle east countries given the current geopolitical situation. Indigo is putting cancellation charges for my 1st April flight.

Update: GoI Consumer Protection @jagograhakjago reached out to me about my complaint and is following up on this malpractice! E.g., @IndiGo60E - today (19Jul), I can book a student ticket for 21Jul, & it shows that I can carry 25 kg but will change to 15 kg once booked.

@IndiGo6E Your plan B is not working. The app is useless it keeps telling me something went wrong. I never booked any flight from Ras Al Khaimah. It was rescheduled by your airline and was cancelled without even telling me. It should be your responsibility to schedule another flight for me

@IndiGo6E always will find new ways to scam people. This time it’s zero cancellation. Pay 500 for zero cancellation charges and then pay all cancellation charges because it’s a third party service which they are selling.
