@osd_cmkarnataka As per Topo Sheet, few meters of unlined (non-concreted) Rajakaluve which is presently flowing with sewage water since Sep 2022 can contaminate ground water. General slope is from North (areas of Chinnappanahalli Main Road) to the South (areas of AECS, Spice Garden, Munnekolala) hence the water flow in general, flows towards south through the weathered zones and fractures in the rocks, there is a huge possibility of ground water getting contaminated with the sewerage water. If not addressed at the earliest, the people of independent houses, apartments & schools in some parts of AECS, Spice Garden Layout, Lakshminagar, Munnekolala will be affected as many people are dependent on ground water too.

Today morning, first time in the history of Bengaluru, we did Ganga Aarti at #Chinnappanahallilake There is a continuous degradation of our lakes due to negligence, and authorities taken for granted, we aimed this ceremony to preserve lake's sanctity & purity, bring awareness not to throw plastic waste and calling authorities to take strict action against who dispose sewage water into #lake This initiative ensures to pass the legacy to next generation.
