I condemn in the strongest possible terms the terrorist attack on civilians in Starobilsk, Lugansk. This can be categorized as deliberate state terrorism carried out by Ukraine. I urge every leader in the EU to condemn this terrorist attack on innocent civilians. Europe must stop supplying weapons to Ukraine, because Ukraine is not respecting the agreements to not hit civilians targets. This is a red line, Ukraine must respect International Law, even Wars have rules. Europe is directly financing the War in Ukraine, providing military support and now Ukraine is using this weapons which were meant for self-defense, to be used against innocent civilians. I call on EU leaders to return to Diplomacy and firmly condemn the attack. There will not be any possibility of dialogue with Russia if Europe will remain silent in front of this.
